  fix(linux): set per-brand maintainer in .deb/.rpm metadata The v9.3.5 Nextcloud Office packages list "Ascensio System SIA <[email protected]>" as Maintainer/Vendor. desktop-apps main now defaults to Euro-Office, but nothing passed a brand-specific publisher, so Nextcloud builds would ship as Euro-Office too. Thread PUBLISHER_NAME, PUBLISHER_URL and SUPPORT_MAIL from the workflow matrix through bake into the packaging step's environment, where desktop-apps/package/Makefile picks them up. Nextcloud Office uses "Nextcloud GmbH" / https://nextcloud.com/, matching the Windows installer.
