tego-rs: fix build.rs for standalone cargo builds The build script assumed CARGO_TARGET_DIR was always set (provided by CMake) and that the temp dir was on the same filesystem as the target dir. Both assumptions fail under standalone cargo builds. Fall back to deriving the target directory from OUT_DIR when CARGO_TARGET_DIR is absent. Replace rename with copy+remove for the generated header to handle cross-filesystem temp dirs.
libtego_rs: fix test compilation for rico-profile, rico-protocol, and tego-rs rico-protocol's v3 integration tests use accessors gated behind the test-features feature. rico-profile's v3 and v4 tests need their respective profile features and test helpers. Both sets of tests failed under a bare `cargo test` because the required features were not enabled and `required-features` was not declared. Add `[[test]]` entries with `required-features` so cargo skips them when features are absent instead of failing to compile. Add anyhow and serde_json as dev-dependencies for rico-profile's tests.
